I first met PH in August of 1998 in Boston when ‘The Big Piece’ arrived from the wrecksite. I worked at the exhibits in those days, and will always be grateful to PH and George Tulloch for bringing Titanic to the people via the artifacts. PH Nargolet will always be intrinsically linked with the Titanic; his dedication in research and exploration will inspire generations. I feel sorrow at his death and anger in how it happened. I will always keep his memory alive in my heart. PH wasn’t just a phenomenal explorer, he was kind and shared his interest in Titanic with those around him. PH is deeply missed.
