P.H. Nargeolet was by all accounts a great man, who I sadly never had the privilege of knowing personally. While I never met P.H., His tireless dedication to preserving the memory of RMS Titanic and her passengers, not just in the history books, but also in the public consciousness, has earned the unwavering respect of myself and countless others in the Titanic community. I was deeply shocked and saddened to learn he was among those lost on Titan in 2023. May he rest in peace, and may his family and loved ones take solace in the fact that ‘Mr. Titanic’ was loved and admired by many worldwide.
